Our Story
Since our humble beginnings in 2000, our mission has been to provide reliable solutions and quality products with integrity and a dedication to customer service. What started as a surplus company of telecom products quickly evolved as a sourcing option for repair services as well. By 2006, K Com was able to provide in-house repairs on most test equipment products, resulting in a quicker turnaround time and a more competitive price for our customers. As we started noticing common issues, we began reaching out to manufacturers to create a better quality product, which sparked the creation of our private label line.
Today, we are still a small family business, not bound by titles. Everyone here brings something unique to the company from their own individual experience. We pride ourselves in our ability to work together as a team to ensure we are providing the best solution possible for each and every customer.
